Registration Process

1. Cost per-person is $210
2. Send in your group registration by December 15 
3. Have all registrations filled out by January 15
4. Pay balance before you arrive if at all possible!
5. Arrive with balance not yet turned in and make sure all online forms are filled out.

Steps to success for Leaders

1. To get started, download the poster and copy the registration link for your students.
2. Promote Winterfest in your church (NOT JUST YOUR YOUTH GROUP MEETINGS)
3. Send in your Group Registration ($10 discount per person if received before November 1) 
4. Plan for fund raising opportunities for your students who cannot afford to go on their own (if a student is able to pay, encourage them to raise funds to bring a friend)
5. Begin recruiting leaders to be with your students.
6. Collect DEPOSITS from students and confirm that they have filled out registration forms (very important because if you pay for a student who is not investing, they are more likely to drop out without notice and you get stuck with that deposit)
7. Fund raise, beg, borrow, do whatever it takes (legally) to get the funds for your group to be at Winterfest 2025
8. Send one check for the full amount prior to the event (if needed bring a final check to the event)
9. Send rooming list  (excel sheet) to pastorjudd@cwcutah.org 
10. Be positive at the event and have a blast with your students as we all encounter God together!
